Well, we now have to wait 6 MORE weeks to find out if it is a he or a she :( Baby was sitting with it's foot under it's bottom and we could not see the important bits! The sonographer tried bouncing the baby around a bit, but to no avail...
Most inportatntly however, baby looks GREAT! They said the heart, weight, amniotic levels, etc show NO sign of abnormalities because of the diabetes. Everything is normal! Yay!
I always say that for every dorctor's appt that I go to lately, they give me 2 more. Well yesterday I had 2 appts and they gave me 19 more! Seriously. I have an echocardiogram, a Dr. H appt, an ultrasound, and was informed that I would need to go in to have the baby's heart monitored twice weekly for the last 2 months!

I had some coffee before my ultrasound to ensure the baby would be active enough for us to see the girl/boy parts. Because I am already a pushy mother like that.
But a healthy baby is the best news ever. YAY!
